After several years validating the model in Spain and building a strong Spanish-speaking senior developer network, the company is now expanding internationally with a clear three-pillar strategy.
The expansion plan focuses on entering high-demand markets like the U.S. Europe and Ibero-America, building local Country Managers to drive partnerships and revenue, while leveraging centralized operational excellence. The goal is simple: scale revenue without compromising quality, and become the reference model for certified, AI-driven remote squads globally.
The Country Manager at Squad Makers leads market expansion in a specific country, owning growth, strategic partnerships, and execution quality.
They drive new client acquisition and build a strong partner ecosystem, positioning Squad Makers through three key differentiators:
Squad Challenge certification: a standardized technical validation process that helps clients and partners reduce hiring risk, accelerate staffing, and ensure consistent quality across squads.
EOR (Employer of Record) hiring: enables clients to scale teams fast without dealing with local contracts, compliance, payroll, or administrative overhead — Squad Makers manages it end-to-end.
Enabling Team: a senior layer (product, engineering, QA/DevOps, delivery) that mentors squads, anticipates sprint risks, enforces best practices, and keeps technical debt under control to ensure reliable outcomes.
